What inspired me to become a personal trainer was having experienced my own health and body transformation.
My fitness journey began while training with my brother to compete in Venice, California.
In 2009, I won my very first Bikini competition in Bodybuilding on Muscle Beach. Later, after several shows I became a 3x Overall Winner in NPC as a National Bikini Champion. Later, due to a back injury, I hired a Personal Trainer to help me recover. My recovery inspired me to become a professional Fitness and Nutrition Specialist for about 15 years.
